Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of iFixx Remodeling & Handyman Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

iFixx provides home repair, remodeling, and handyman services to residential customers in the Charlotte, NC area and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General handyman services and repairs
• Home remodeling and renovations
• Electrical and plumbing work
• Painting and drywall services
• Carpentry and custom woodwork
• Emergency repair services

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be subject to change after inspection of the work site. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will provide an estimated arrival time and notify you of any delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided and will be specified in your service agreement.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within the warranty period so we can address your concerns.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Secure pets during service visits
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Notify us of any concerns promptly

Liability and Insurance

iFixx is fully insured. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in your service agreement.

Permits and Code Compliance

When required by local regulations, we will obtain necessary permits for work. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with North Carolina law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
